Fasten off the thread and weave in end with a needle.

Embroider the web with black thin thread at any place you

like.. It is embroidered with regular stitches.

SPIDER

Insert the needle to the point where the spider will be

embroidered.

Wind the thread from the needle around the threaded

needle. Wind the thread near the entry point and where

the beginning of the spider will be.

The more windings you make the bigger the spider will be.

Run the needle through all the wound threads.

We have made the body.

Make the head in the same way and embroider the legs

with regular stitches.

You can bend the hat top slightly as you like.

Sew the bended hat top with several stitches in orange color to

the hat fabric.

taken into total 34sts)

In the 40th row start jacquard knitting to form the pumpkin pattern, the stem of the

pumpkin is embroidered.

How to knit in jacquard technique.

Attach the thread of the color needed for the pumpkin to the point, where the pattern

starts and count the squares-stitches, knit the necessary number of stitches and twist

the threads before and after the thread joining and also twist them every three stitches

For pumpkins I used this yarn :

GAZZAL Baby Cotton №3419-orange color and

-YarnArt «JEANS» №61 (50g/160m).

One pumpkin is knitted with Gazzal and the second one – with Jeans.

R40-47-(if the stem is embroidered)-jacquard knitting , follow to the

pattern (knit one row, purl next row

R48-50-follow the pattern

Fasten off the thread of black color .

Change to ALPINA Effi(50g/200m) bind off the stitches of the dress

bottom.

There are two ways how to do this :

The first one – with knitting needles

The second one – with a crochet hook, working sc.

I used a crochet hook.

SLEEVES

Slip the stitches from the pin onto two knitting needles №2.

Pick up 8 sts along the dress fabric with the third knitting needle.

Knit in rounds

R1-24-k all the stitches=25

Fasten off the thread.

CHANGE TO ALPINA EFFI AND BIND OFF THE STITCHES IN THE SAME WAY

AS WE HAVE BOUND THE STICHES OF THE DRESS BOTTOM.

Fasten off the thread and weave in end with a needle.

The second sleeve is knitted in the same way.

FASTENINGS

Make chains-fastenings.

I make not long chains for the fastenings at the dress sides and tie a bow.

Make the dress seams so the dress can be freely put on the doll.

SHOES

Make chain 6.

Crochet along both sides of the chain – crochet around it.

I make a slip stitch (sl st) and a turning chain (tch) at the end of every

round.

But You can also work in continious non-joining rounds.

R1-start from the second ch from the hook, 1inc, 3sc, work 4sc into one

chain, 3sc, 1inc=14

R2-1inc,4sc,4inc,4sc,1inc=20

R5-sc all across the round=30

R7 -sc all across the round=36

THE SOLE SHOULD BE NECESSARILY LARGER THAN THE FOOT.

If your sole is smaller, then work one more round

R8 – SC ALL ACROSS THE ROUND into front loops only=36

Don’t fasten off the thread.

Change to orange color.

R9 -work sc into back loops only (where we have worked into front loops

only)=36

R16-sc all across the round=31

Change to orange color.

R17-11sc,4dec,12sc=27

Change to black color.

R18-sc all across the round-27

THE SHOE IS FINISHED.

ALL WE NEED TO DO IS JUST TO SEW THE STRAP AT THE BACK OF THE

SHOE. (JUST THREAD A NEEDLE, INSERT IT INTO THE FABRIC, PULL IT. TWO

THREAD ENDS SHOULD HAVE THE EQUAL LENGTH. TIE A BOW.). Choose

the necessary length of the thread by yourself. Thake the thread , wind

around the length as many times as you want and tie a bow. This way you

decide if the length of the strap is enough. Cut two pieces with the same

length.

ADD THE BEADS TO THE STRAP ENDS AND TIE AROUND THE DOLL’ LEG .

Also you can sew a button in form of a beetle to the shoe or embroider a

beetle.
